Registration is now open.
We have worked to keep the registration rates the same as last year and are again offering an early bird registration rate. The early bird rate will be available until September 1.
The early bird registration rates for this year's conference are:Full Conference - Regular Registration: $425 (plus fees)
Full Conference - P-12/Retirees/Student Registration: $250 (plus fees)
Two Day Conference - Regular Registration: $360 (plus fees)
Two Day Conference - P-12/Retirees/Student Registration: $185 (plus fees)
One Day Conference - Regular Registration: $240 (plus fees)
One Day Conference - P-12/Retirees/Student Registration: $140 (plus fees)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: If you are unable to attend and must cancel your registration, a $50 service charge will be deducted for all refunds requested prior to September 21, 2026. No refunds after that date.

This is an option to sponsor a plenary speaker. The sponsor’s logo and web link will be listed in the program and on our Sponsor Page and will be announced during the opening plenaries and as part of the introduction of the sponsored speaker.
Early Regular Registration for Full Conference (Wednesday 10/21 to Friday 10/23) - $425 (plus fees = $434.06 total)
Early Student, P-12, Retiree Registration for Full Conference (Wednesday 10/21 to Friday 10/23) - $250 (plus fees = $255.74 total)
Early Regular 2 Day Registration (Wednesday and Thursday 10/21-22, or Thursday and Friday 10/22-23) - $360 (plus fees = $367.83 total)
Early Student, P-12, Retiree 2 Day Registration (Wednesday and Thursday 10/21-22, or Thursday and Friday 10/22-23) - $185 (plus fees = $189.50 total)
Early Regular 1 Day Registration (Wednesday, 10/21, Thursday, 10/22, or Friday 10/23) - $240 (plus fees = $245.55 total)
Early Student, P-12, Retiree 1 Day Registration (Wednesday, 10/21, Thursday, 10/22, or Friday 10/23 - $140 (plus fees = $143.65 total)
This vendor offer includes a table in the main hall near the registration and buffet tables, where they can set up their banner/materials throughout the conference until Friday afternoon. Includes one complimentary registration.
This is an option where sponsors will support a Coffee Hour that includes hot beverages and cookies in between concurrent sessions. Sponsors can set up their banner/materials near the beverage/food tables.
This first-time vendor offer includes a table in the main hall near the registration and buffet tables, where they can set up their banner/materials throughout the conference until Friday afternoon.
Sponsors will support a reception with beverages and hors d’oeuvres where they can set up their banner/materials near the bar/food tables.
