Sharon Sullivan-Rubin, EdD, is an Assistant Professor and Lead Residency Coordinator at Touro University, GSE in New York City. With over a decade of experience in teacher education, curriculum development, and academic leadership, Dr. Sullivan is recognized for advancing practitioner agency through methodological innovation. Her research bridges visual ethnography, arts-based research, and design-based intervention in professional education. Sullivan-Rubin holds a doctorate in education with published work in arts-based methods, visual research, and teacher identity formation. Known for building cross-disciplinary programs and supporting transformational professional practice, they bring rigor, creativity, and practical expertise to each undertaking.
