About me
I’m an early childhood education leader, Assistant Professor at Touro Graduate School of Education—where I’ve been preparing educators since 2004—and a doctoral researcher. I’m fascinated by what happens when we look more closely at the everyday interactions that shape teaching and learning: our expectations, our relationships, and the way we reflect on our own practice.My interests include leadership, reflective practice, CLASS, and teacher-child interactions—but I especially enjoy exploring the questions behind the practice: How do we help educators feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow?
