During the workshop, participants will work individually or in institutional teams to develop a Partnership Action Blueprint that includes: (1) a shared partnership vision, (2) priority partnership goals, (3) key stakeholders and governance structures, (4) data and assessment strategies, and (5) next steps for strengthening recruitment, clinical preparation, and induction supports. Facilitators will provide templates, planning tools, and reflection protocols that participants can adapt and implement within their organizations.In this workshop, participants will take an honest look at the relational expectations (such as expectations of the Classroom Assessment Scoring System) placed on teachers as they engage with young children, and why those relationships matter so deeply in the early years. From there, they will explore how the way leaders show up for their staff directly shapes the quality of children's experiences in the classroom.
