In this workshop, participants will take an honest look at the relational expectations (such as expectations of the Classroom Assessment Scoring System) placed on teachers as they engage with young children, and why those relationships matter so deeply in the early years. From there, they will explore how the way leaders show up for their staff directly shapes the quality of children's experiences in the classroom.
MATERIALS PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BRING Participants will not need supplies other than pen and paper and their focused selves.
