This interactive workshop introduces participants to the Inclusion Decision Lens, a practical framework developed from ethnographic research on school inclusion and educator learning.Following a brief overview of the research, participants will work in small groups to analyze classroom scenarios involving student participation, representation, belonging, and responsiveness. Participants will apply the Inclusion Decision Lens to identify who is visible, who may be marginalized, and what actions educators can take to create more inclusive environments. The session emphasizes practical application and collaborative problem-solving. Participants will discuss how inclusive decision-making can be taught, practiced, and assessed within educator preparation programs and professional learning contexts. The workshop concludes with participants adapting the framework for use in their own courses, field experiences, supervision practices, or professional development initiatives.
