The purpose of this workshop is to share common problems of practice and solutions developed to address such problems. The two main problems discussed are surface-level reflections in candidates’ work, and limited practice interacting with parents over difficult topics. After exploring candidates’ work before and after the use of an AI chatbot, participants will be coached to develop their own chatbot prompt to push their own candidates’ thinking or experiences in the college classroom.
MATERIALS PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BRING Participants only need to bring a device so they can interact with the chatbots I share, as well as then begin to draft a prompt for their own chatbot.
