Preparing early career teachers to implement evidence-based practices with rigor and fidelity can seem overwhelming. We will share a structured nine-step, data-based decision-making model that prepares teachers to implement, monitor and evaluate the impact of their interventions using single-case designs. We will highlight the feasibility and social validity of this work and how “practice” can inform “research”.
